Read more...Many Manager's end up doing tasks that are catergorised as urgent, but may or may not be important.
Your focus should be first and foremost on the urgent & important catergory, closely followed by the not urgent & important group, as if you don't attend to these they soon will be urgent.
As for the other two catergories, don't waste your valuable time - delegate!
